PROBLEM: Not enough cops on the weekends and evenings.
SOLUTION: There are several shifts within the police, traffic, uir, 092. Each with their own schedules, and at night only about 092 works from 8 to 10 cops. I think they should do together all shifts and carry 5 large shifts in a way that would be about 15 to 20 policemen at night.
PROBLEM: There is enough in the turns heads.
SOLUTION: Some shifts have no boss. What I think should be done is up to Oldest temporarily shift to incorporating the right remote.
